It can be used in remote areas such as scenic spots,fish ponds, fruit farms, farms, forest farms, mountainous areas etc where are difficult to lay network or the cost to set networ is high.
Q&A
1) Video lag reason: device 4G network issu, mobile phone 4G network isse. It can be judged by playback video: video lag in preview but not playback, camera 4G network not good. Video lag in both preview and playback, mobile phone 4G network not good.
2) Device 4G network status query.Enter the list of equipment, click the icon in the upper right corner of the corresponding equipment to view the current 4G network status. Low 4G signal will lead to the video jam. Adjust the antenna direction of the way or equipment position, so that the equipment 4G signal meets the requirements, and then check whether the equipment is stuck.
3) Mobile phone 4G network query. First check the 4G signal strength of the mobile phone,make sure it’s ok, then clean the mobile phone cache, make sure the mobile phone flight mode is turned off, and then check whether the device video is stuck. If still stuck, it is recommended to change another mobile phone for viewing and check

1.Camera serial number,SIM card ICCID(label).
2.Camera installation area network status.
3.Is the playback at phone or computer web side.
4.Mobile phone network status.
The are two possible reasons, first the camera is offline, second the customer's mobile phone network has issue. If the device is offline, we can try to power off and restart the device, if there is phone network abnormal, you can switch 4G network to wifi to view.
A: No, the camera will record with the SD card once it’s powered on automatically.
