Q&A

1.  What type of memory card is supported?

The Micro SD/SDHC/SDXC memory card.Maximum 128GB

2.  What should I do if the video recorded on the memory card cannot be viewed?

1) You can try to download the video and then view it, enter the preview interface, select [Replay], click to download the picture, select the time period you want to view, then download.

2) If still unable to download, try removing the memory card and check through the computer and see

3.  Memory card is installed in the camera but it prompts that the memory card is not inserted?

1）First confirm that the memory card is inserted correctly (The memory card chip faces the card slot motherboard)

2）When the memory card cannot be read after cyclic recording, it is recommended to format the memory card. If the format is invalid, it is recommended to replace the memory card.

3）Replacement of the new card still prompts no card, suggest that you contact us after-sales hotline: 400 088 9280.

4.  Why is there a squeaking when opening the video in the same environment with the mobile phone and the camera?

This is because the camera microphone repeatedly picks up the sound of the phone speakers for positive feedback, which causes amplification circuit return, howling, this is a normal electrical acoustic phenomenon.

Since the actual use scene of this product is remote viewing, and the mobile phone and the camera are not in the same environment, this kind of howling will not appear. If you have to use it in the same environment, it is recommended to mute the phone or lower the volume to avoid howling.

5.  Can smart cameras only be bound by only one account? How do you want to see it by many people?

 1) One mobile phone can log in to one account, an account can bind multiple cameras, a camera can only be bound by one account;

 2) The equipment can be shared to 3 people for free, and at the same time, permission can be set on the shared equipment. If the other side is limited to only view the real-time video pictures, and the local video is prohibited. See the APP permission configuration page for detail.
